The location is great for quick subway access.
I was frustrated by the limited bathroom facilities, as there was only one for all the guests. This led to long waits, especially during peak times. Additionally, the room I stayed in had clear signs of wear and tear—peeling paint and outdated fixtures. It didn’t live up to what I expected based on the online photos.

Loved the big closet and comfy table in my Budget Single Room! 🛏️ Super easy access to subway for quick trips to Manhattan. Just keep in mind, there’s only one bathroom for everyone—could get crowded!

Spacious room with easy subway access
I really enjoyed my stay! The Budget Single Room was spacious, with a big closet and a comfortable table—perfect for a solo traveler like me. Andy, the housekeeper, was super helpful and attentive. Plus, it was just a short walk to the subway, making my trips to Manhattan a breeze. However, I did find the single bathroom for all guests a bit inconvenient, especially on busy nights.

The Budget Single Room was spacious, featuring a big closet and a comfy table—perfect for my solo stay. Andy, the housekeeper, was super helpful. Just a heads up, though. there was a lot of pot-smoking right outside the door and that wasn't ideal. Still, with the subway so close, getting to Manhattan was a breeze!

This was just a prime choice for a weekend respite in New York with good value. I really appreciated the kitchenette for late-night snacks. Keep in mind, there’s only one bathroom for multiple rooms, so plan accordingly.

The spacious Budget Single Room featured a large closet, making my stay comfortable. Kitchen amenities facilitated quick meals, but the single shared bathroom could lead to delays, especially during peak hours. Proximity to the subway was a significant plus for easy access to downtown, though the outside atmosphere was often compromised by local residents smoking pot, which detracted from the experience.
